[Resolved] Kent RO — No invoice provided for service

Hi, I had requested for a service for my Kent Purifier yesterday. The service person has not given me any copy of service receipt. when we asked for it he said he doesn't carry it. The bill amount was 2100 which includes service charges, change of 2 filters and adapter. I called him in the morning again asking for same but after waiting for full day i have not yet received any response. As per my knowledge the payment receipt should be given at the same time but kent service person has failed to do so. The name of the person was Venkat.Please look into this. And honestly i am not even satisfied with the service. The leakage for which we have called the person is still there. This is something not expected from KENT.
