[Resolved] Kent RO — No proper services during warranty period and poor quality of parts used | |||||
Myself is Rajendra Prasad Mishra From Delhi. My Cell No. is [protected] I have bought the Kent Ro Grand water Purifier in August 2014 with a Good Hope But Finally I feel now that I have been cheated by The Kent Company. During the warranty period because of no proper Routine services, now I have to pay huge amount by changing the membrane, UV Blast and FRD Even it's 1 month more than warranty period. During the warranty period the technician has visited to check our RO only for 2 times and done nothing. Even at their 2nd visit, the issue was that waste water not flowing and it needs to be change at their end, but they did not done and were waiting to expire warranty period. As soon as warranty date expire, I recd. a call for AMC @ 2000/-Rs. Per year which did not include membrane, filter etc. Since the warranty of 1 year was expire in August 2015, and I lost my Trust on Kent Completely, I Strained to get done the services of My RO by another Technician and then came to know that due to no change of FRD in time when it was in warranty period, the membrane and UV blast of my RO is not working properly and I have to change that. So, Now I have to spend approx. 4000/INR to change the Membrane, UV blast and FRD Due to negligence in services of Kent Technician during warranty period. I bought the Kent RO, In Just double price in compare to other Local RO and even after one year I have to spend 4000/-INR for this to Repair. Then what is the meant of Buying The Kent RO. I am sorry, but I am feeling fully cheated by the Kent Company and lost my Trust completely on this. Hope that Kent Authorised person Improve their systems. Was this information helpful? | |||||
