Kent RO — No response for service request and frequent problem in Kent Pearl | |||
Hi I would like to share my very bad experience in dealing with Kent Pearl RO service issue. This is further to my updates just few days back in this forum where I expressed my unhappiness over quality of service given by Kent Company. Just two days back the concerned person from Kent came and repaired Kent pearl RO which we purchased exactly 14 months back and today again the machine is not working. It has come to repair three times in last one month which is one of the worst experiences for me. It had given problem in third month of purchase itself and got it repaired under warranty. Subsequently we are paying money on parts and service charge for the visit in the last three repairs. In addition to machine problem, non response of service representatives is another big issue. I find that there is lapse in entire service support system in company due which we are seeing high level of dissatisfaction among the customers and if company continues to do this without taking any measures will end up in losing to competitors badly.
