I bought a Kent Vegetable Cleaner - Counter top 250 W Food processor through flipkart (delivered on 24/Oct/2021) which did not work right from the start. I have raised 2 customer complaints so far which apparently got closed by Kent support unilaterally without addressing the problem.
I would like a quick redressal of the problem/replacement with a fresh piece or refund. I am not looking for a repair since this is a new machine and Kent Kerala Service folks have not even heard of vegetable cleaners. They know only of water purifiers.
First ticket with Kent raised on 6/Nov/2021 (case id[protected]

Current state of issue:
I escalated the issue to level 1 and 2 escalation points after the second case got unilaterally cancelled. The level 1 person called me but wanted me to deliver the machine to his service center. It was very clear that the Kent service centers in Kerala had no clue of this equipment and was treating this as a water purifier. I stated clearly to him that in such a case where they didn't know what they were repairing, I do not want to risk a repair on a new machine and need a replacement
The communication went silent after that, I tried contacting level 2 escalation point (apparently the nodal officer for Kerala ) but have not been able to evoke a response yet. Was this information helpful? |
Since I did not notice/was not notified of this comment earlier, I had raised another ticket and next day it got automatically closed again (3rd time overall), despite someone calling me and saying that he will share his location for me to deliver the product for repairs ! Since it was a 1-800 number I had no way to contact him again.
I don't have time for this hide and seek folks if you can fix your on stuff that too a brand new product please do so else say so and I will assume that I have made a donation to charity
I hope @Mr Mahesh Gupta gets to know of the ease of dealing with Kent customer support better...!
