I got a call from [protected] . He was about to visit my residence on July 13 2020. I dailed his number almost 5times yesterday and messaged him twice and whatsapped him thrice. But that so called busy person has no time to respond. I am a customer and he treats me like this, as if I don't have any other works apart from calling him. Such kind of behaviour is literally immature. If he is not able to come or it is being delayed, a response has to be given. Well I think this made me more disappointed. I don't understand what's wrong with this service. I will strongly recommend others not to purchase the Kent products by sharing my experiences. I kindly request you to arrange the service person at the earliest or please take away your machine. I will also try proceed legally if don't get any response from Kent. It's really pathetic.

Thank you Kent team for responding at last. I am really happy with your service. But I hope this kind of thing doesn't repeat again. Technician resolved the issue in hardly 5minutes for which I was waiting from 10-12days. Thank you consumercomplaints.in team for prioritising my issue and helping me to get it solved.
