I purchased a kent manual water purifier which required a change of candle agter one year. I booked my complaint in kent thrice and thrice did the executive failed to show up despite booking my complaint.
I finally had my luck on 11 nov 17 when i received a call from +91 [protected] mahamahim service executive when he called me at 08:30 pm telling me that he is coming for service. I was almost in tears but was unavailabke at home. He said he will come back in morning so i called him up at 09 am on 12 nov 17 to which executive sahab said he will come by 12.
I am still waiting with a grand welcome when he comes so that i can pay him rs.300 for his service and thank him for taking out some moments from his precious time. Was this information helpful? |
