[Resolved] Kent RO — no service provided against amc

I have made number of service requests for my kent Ro which is under AMC.
no response has been received from last 5 days and each time i cl on customer care they assure me that a service engineer will be visiting today but no one has shown till date.
My complain number is 155354 and i have been awaiting for response from your company from 12th of March.
