Complaint marked as Resolved Every time a complaint waslogged, the job was assigned to an incorrect technician in some other service area. Hence the technician always denied the service and the issue was never resolved.
After notifying in this website, the issue is resolved by assigning to the correct technician.
Please fix the job assignment process in the Kent system to avoid such issues again in the future.
