[Resolved]  Kent RO — Non availability of free service within warranty period

sir, I have purchased a kent Ro for my family use from dealer at malda in west Bengal. they have told me that within one year four free service will be provided. but actual fact is that after frequent request I did not have any service from them. now they are not in a position to receive my phone call. the central help line also keep the number always busy. now what should I do. should I continue drink the water from my kent ro.
