Kent RO — Non availability of service personnel and no response from any authority in the entire escalation matrix. For case ID[protected]

There has been no communication from Kent, neither there is any response to numerous calls made throught out the day. Even no response from the entire escalation matrix team from engineer Dinesh pal singh, service franchise Noida 59 service, area service manager Ajay kumar Rawat, Regional service manager Sandeep Sharma.
The issue is regarding the change of filter as the purifier is dead and needed the change on an urgent basis.
