[Resolved] Kent RO — Not able to solve the issue in three visits

Different Executives came in last 15 days to solve the issue. Each one explains the issue differently. Even they changed the membrane but still my RO is not working.
Customer care says, Sr Executive will call you himself and given the his number. Now they are not picking up the phone even.
And best part is they are asking for charges for new visit from tomorrow as 15 days grace period has been expired.
How they can charge for that which they are not able to solve it. Even they are wasting our time.
Not including picture as it is ok from outside, issue is not filtering of water.
