Kent RO — Not Replacing Motors During Warranty Period | |||
Hello my name is Shashank and I live in Chennai. I am registering a complaint on KENT RO for their negligence over their product service and assistance. I bought a new KENT TO purifier and within 8 months, the motor has got repaired. I have been calling the service center in Chennai for the past 2 months and they have been giving me all sorts of reasons on replacing the motor. It is also informed to me that there are no spare motors in their warehouse. I have been patiently waiting for 2 months buying water cans from a private dealer to manager my needs. The original motor was taken for repair and they are now saying that it will take another month to get it back from Delhi. I am not sure how such a big company who can afford to have actresses in their adds and fool people like me. I am totally disappointed with their service and their lethargic behaviour over their customers.I hope some action is taken on them at the earliest so that they do not fool more people.
