Kent RO — Not working (Defective product) | |||||
I have kent Ro Grand+ machine number - KR[protected] model kent grand + mro. I purchased it last year @16 K and since then I am facing lot of issues with this product.Every other month some or the other problem happens and we have to call for service. The RO stops working completely. Technician said that there is some internal hardware issue, The service man changes that electric component and Filters and the story repeats again. When i called the customer care and explain my problem, he advised me to visit the dealer. When i visited the dealer, they advise that KENT will help you and you have to call the customer care. I am not sure who will resolve the issue. Overall i am not happy with the product & services and would not recommend anyone for KENT. I would request for replacement of the machine. No One has ever called to resolve the issue.
I must say that poor after sale service. I will never recommend KENT to anyone because i have experienced the worst customer service. Fake warranty and fake promises given to the client at the time of sale.
