[Resolved]  Kent RO — Old filter fitted in ro in replacement of new filter ro on service visit dt 10/10/16

Filter changed by your engineer on 10/10/16 (Service visit), but no bill had given to us and replaced ro filter is also old one it is manufactured on june 14. Due to this filter my solenoid valve is malfunctioned. Now again engineer came to check and tell change the filter in 9 month.

Please give the solution for this complaint and i want strict action against service engineer those who visit on 10/10/16.
