My filter had been facing issue due to loose wiring within the filter and one day it stopped working with no power. The technician who came started the filter but said that we will need to replace filter, i was bit surprised as my filter were replaced some time back but i still agreed as we need to have filtered water. The technician replaced 1 new filter in front of me and asked me to get a cloth and when i came back he had already installed two more filters, i asked him to put the date and initials on all 3 filters so we know when it was replaced.
After few days the filter started shaking so i tried to check what was the issue and to my utter shock two filter that he had replaced without my presence were old filters from 2021 and had a faint old date mentioned on it which i believe he wasnt able to rub off. This is how kent technicians cheat their customers, i believe even my old filters were fine and he replaced them just to make money. When company staff are cheating customers like this it is seriously a big questions mark on the way this company works. I am thinking of filing a complaint in the consumer court as i have the date and details clearly mentioned on the filter. Was this information helpful? |
