I have been requesting kent folks to come and repair my kent ro xl+ machine. Initially, two different so-called technicians came, suggested to change a part each time, took money and went off. The machine still wasn't working properly. 3 more times different technicians came in, did god only knows what, and the machine is still not working! Complaining with kent ro contact center, a promise comes in very easy each time that they will send someone in 48 hours. It's been 2 months now and don't know clock at kent is stopped or they follow a completely different time-frame!
I'm so disgusted with this product and top it all their attitude and service!
