Pathetic/unprofessional service against my complaint id [protected]. The service technician came and replaced the main ro filter and charged inr3100. I had checked with him time and again that we will not need the service if any other parts needs to be changed and he assured that thee is no other damage. I had asked him not to change any spare part as i was not sure if this will sustain even for a week.
Yesterday there was again a damage and while the service technician again came and told another part damage which will cost 2500. This is cheating/unprofessional behavior from the service technician and really bad customer support. I am going to scrap the product and shout it loud never to buy a kent product. Needs resolution on this. I need complete refund of my money vested in the first servicing. Was this information helpful? |
