Kent RO — Poor amc service and unprofessional behaviour of tele purifier system, bathinda | |||||
It's very unfortunate that the after sales service of such a reputed brand is so pathetic. I am from bathinda and a user of product kent ro(Purchased on 15 april 2011). The issue started on monday 30th march the ro stopped functioning. We called up kent authorized service center(Amc from tele purifier system, bathinda) on march 31st morning. They promised an engineer visit but the engineer said to change the part which was changed 3 months back in december'15(Costing near rs 1000) against which they never gave any receipt even after several queries from the service provider. Anyhow, the engineer changed the part but this part didn't work as promised. Then the engineer asked for the payment to change the part which is very irrelevant. Even the service provider was adamant. He behaved in a very foul manner. The field engineer created a mess back at home repeatedly threatening and using allegations of not paying for services. Due to which we had to call the cops to assist in the matter. Currently the ro is not working although the amc is still valid till 13/6/16. We called up the service center office too but no positive response from their side as well. We have not expected such a pathetic service from such a reputed brand, we shall never recommend kent product to anyone. Requesting an immediate interference and resolution for this issue..
