[Resolved] Kent RO — poor and unprofessional service from kent | |||
I am using a kent grand+ water purifier. Few weeks back it stopped unexpectedly and the service person came and said some internal part is gone and for replacement will cost around 2.5k. I agreed and the part was replaced. Few days later it again stopped working, the same service person came and said the problem with the input power plug and has to be replaced. I was charged 400rs. After two days it stopped again and the service person came and said the choke is gone and it will be charged around 1.2k. It was really frustrating and i said no more service as i am going to dump this forever. I believe, its' the lack of the expertise of the service person all this issues has happened and i wasted lots of time and money for it. I would like to get refund of all the services done for this specific issue and i would request kent to take that machine back.
