[Resolved] Kent RO — poor product and very poor service | |||
I have purchased a kent water purifier pearl one year two months back and after one year filters were replaced and rs 1400 was spent for the same. After replacing the filters the problem has started and complaint was registered [protected] and after repeated followup with the customer care for three days and mail sent to the customer care, for that no reply was given so far, technician has visited and told ro filter is to be replaced and accordingly ro filter was replaced and external filter was installed and the amount spent was rs 4500. Again i faced the problem within two days kent water purifier, as soon as the system was on, the water instead of going to water container it is leaking at the bottom immediately i once again registered a complaint[protected] even though it is already 24 hours over none of the technician has turned up. Yesterday i contacted the company executive mr. Abhijieet about the repeated problem and he has assured that today morning he will rectify the same. But he has not sent any person nor he is attending to my calls which i made since morning. I again contacted the customer care to enquire about the complaint, there standard answer sorry for the inconvenience. How many times they can tell the same thing. The dealer shop from whom i purchased m/s shreenidhi enterprises, saraswathipuram, mysore is just.5 km from my place of residence from where technician are sent. The dealer nor the service center, customer care is bothered about the repeated problems and complaints raised by me they are only interested in their sales and not after sales service for the customer satisifcation.
