[Resolved] Kent RO — poor product support | |||
Please refer my service request no[protected]. I am kent ro since jun 2015. Every time after the servicing of the product there is some failure of the filters, which are not covered by amc. Twice it has happened that different engineers have quoted different amounts for repairing the same problem. I have renewed my amc in april 2018. The machine became unserviceable with in 20 days. The engineer again said that some filter is us and cost of repair will be 3700. It is not understandable why such poor quality filters are being provided.in last 03 years i have paid atleast 2.5 times the cost of machine towards repairs and amc. You are requested to kindly look into the issue. I expect that quality of filters need to be improved so that it does not fail so often. There has to be some warranty period of the filters. Presently i am not in agreement to pay for the filter immediately after amc. If it cannot e repaired free of cost i would like to discontinue with this product.
