Kent RO — Poor quality, working & service of kent ro purifier

Dear sir,
This complaint is regarding poor quality, working & service of kent ro purifier.
We face problem from starting of purchase of this product. It always creates trouble every month. Its only a show piece nothing more than that in kitchen. We have to keep boil water for safe drinking.
I am here only giving reference of last one year repair details because if i include previous years, the list becomes too lengthy.

Poor service complaint:- every time we have to call four to five times for repair & wait for atleast two days to get it repair. Whenever we ask for reason, they say it is because of water. If it is because of water, then how others companies ro work satisfactory.
