Dear Kent RO Customer Support,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service carried out on my Kent RO system on 23rd May 2025. The technician replaced all five filters and charged me ₹7, 500, including one year AMC. However, the quality of service was extremely poor.
The technician completed the job in a hurry, did not demonstrate proper water discharge from the filters, and left without verifying the output. I trusted the service but to my surprise, I am now getting less than half a liter of water, which is unacceptable after such an expensive service. I was abroad immediately after the service and have returned only recently, hence the delay in lodging this complaint.
This situation is extremely disappointing, especially given the AMC. I request you to urgently send a qualified technician to inspect and rectify the issue without any further charge.
Please take this complaint seriously and treat it as urgent. I expect a prompt resolution.
