Kent RO — Poor service and frequent breakdown | |||
I'm using Kent RO from last 2 yrs. For initial 1 year I got a good service. Even there were no problem to water purifier. In last month I called service technician as the water test changed. He suggested to change all filters, accordingly I informed to replace all except RO. On the next day there was leakage in the unit as pipe was not fitted properly. Again on 15th April it is observed that there is heavy leakage from carbon filter and it has developed cracks. How come a newly fitted filter can get a crack in a month ? I again registered a complaint service engineer came on Saturday night replaced carbon filter and also RO filter was replaced. On the same day Water Filter stopped working at all. Again I called service engineer, he gave various reasons and could not attend and gave timing of today morning, but simply he had not turned up and no response to my calls.
