Hi, we purchased kent supreme ro in apr 2018 and our warranty period got over in apr 2019. We have added extra outside filter paying money for extra protection during installation. We are enrolled in 4 years free service. On may 26th 2019, a senior technician from welcome agencies - a registered kent dealer replaced all our filters for a charge of rs 3750. We were informed that there is 3 months filter warranty for the inside filters.
On august 21 2019 we raised a service request and technician from different dealer visited us on 23rd august 2019 and informed us that inside filters are all good and we need to replace the outside filter. We paid rs 200 and replaced it.. After the service water quality was so bad, when asked technician said that it will take 2 days for it to get to normal. But even after 4 days water quality was so bad that we raised request again on 27th august 2019. This time a different technician visited and said you need to replace the inside membrane and it will cost rs 3000. We said that its was just replaced and we are with in 3 months warranty period and why we need to pay for it. They informed us that it was different dealer and they are not in operation now. They have not updated in system that they have replaced filters and we cannot claim warranty. Who is responsible for agent mistakes. How this will be our problem as an end customer. After this we have raised service request multiple times for past one month, spoke to customer care for hours and they send technicians. But the technicians repeatedly cancel our request just stating we are not paying money for the filter. This is not fair. Currently the price for the same filter is around rs 10000. If we need to replace the filter every 3 months for a cost of rs 3750, we could better buy new filter every year which is more cheaper.
We have raised service request within the warranty period and it is not handled properly by customer service as well as technicians. Its been a month now. We are really frustrated with kent service. We want your support in replacing the filters within the warranty. Please find attached the copy of bill and the inner of times we have raised request
