Kent RO — poor service by kent authorized service centre at kolkata | |||
Done amc with kent authorized service franchisee - axis consumer services pvt. Ltd (Tin no - [protected]) in april, 2007. It was a bad experience to get service from them... Hence i would request all not to go with kent as you will not get post sales service. I have lodged a complaint (Comp no.[protected] on 9th aug morning as the purifier was not working.. Following them up for 5-6 times, yet to get any response. No idea when the mechanic will visit in order to repair. Horrible experience on post sales service of kent ro products. Kent should monitor the customer complaint... Else lost the customer base. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very poor service of kent. Every 2-3 months kent ro not work. After calling to custmer care. Technician come & change the filter & other accessories and charge heavy amount upto 2000. Very wrost service of kent.
