[Resolved] Kent RO — Poor service by service engineers | |
Im a airwarrior of IAF .I have lodged a complaint on 08 Nov 21 for my kent RO kept at office and is under warranty. Complaint no is[protected] Problem RO not working . Complaint was attended on the same day noon and service engineer found that adaptor not working.. Service engineer told that he will replace in 3-4 days. Till date item was not replaced . Today they promised they will visit . Our working hours is till 1430hrs. Our office was kept open for your service visit till 1830 hrs. He doesn't turn up nor he was picking up the calls... Hope u understand the importance of requirement of water at work place. Please do the needful at the earliest . Was this information helpful? | |
