I had bought kent ro almost 2.5 yrs back with si no kr[protected] & service engg mr kiran kumar _ [protected] (Udupi karnataka) has informed that he had registered my details witk kent. Last month i had called him for routine service & after service there was a gradual increase of abnormal sound from pump motor & water taste has become horrible I had informed the service engg again & after inspection he informed that motor got damged & it would cost 3700 How come the motor got damaged after service? I had contacted customer care & they informed that the my kent is not registered yet.. This is strange & a serious lapse of the process.. Why should i pay for motor damaged which has come after service & before that kent was working fine Was this information helpful? | |

Today kent service engineer visited again..he informed that along with Kent motor SMPS is also damaged...how can both get damaged simultaneously...if that is the case why he didnt inform us during earlier inspection & said only motor is damaged& woul take 10 days for new motor replacement ..I think service engg is taking us for a ride
