Kent RO — poor service quality of membrane | |||
29th september, kent service person visited my home on complaint and ask me to change all parts when showed all the past bills of 10 spent 3 months back then only asked to change membrane of 3k. Is there any solution to change membrane of 3k every 3 month. There is no solution for this. Customer are required to spend every 3 months 10k even escalation is made to level 4. Whats the purpose of buying kent purifier machine one time purchase is 15k. All service franchise have commission and no technical skills. They just try to make money and kent company also doesnt understand the customer problems except making money and 1 brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
