Dear sir / madam I, Dr. Mahesh Kumar, scientist of Dr Kalam Agricultural College Kishanganj, purchased four Kent R O in the month of November, 2015 under name of Associate Dean Cum Principal, D.K.A.C Kishanganj, Bihar. Two Kent RO is not working after two month of its installation. Regarding this issue I have approach customer care several times, none of them responding anything.
