We have purchased kent grand plus mineral water purifier on 24th feb 2018. But the product was damaged. (Purifier kit cover was broken.) one of the kent service centre person came to install the purifier. That time he checked the product and promised that, he will replace it within 15 days. But today that person called me and behaving very rude with customer. And telling do whatever you want i don't want to replace it. This is how kent authorised service person is talking and behaving with us. Product serial no is: kr[protected] Kent service person name is: mr.
