[Resolved] Kent RO — Product defect and service not effective. | |||||
I have purchased a KENT Grand water purificer. the warrenty period is not expried till now. but 4 times problem has been come. the servicing person are comming in late. they are not checking properly that again and again problem is coming after they have gone. the kent machine is giving a headche to me as on problem always. in the kent grand machine the green light is not showing. and the machine is not working. it must be electrical problem. Kent aro provide worst services .. there service agents are never on time . I bought kent aro recently and twice there occured a problem and the service providers dont respond on tym ... its a suggestion for everyone not to buy there products ... there quality of products have gone down and very bad service
