[Resolved] Kent RO — Product is not registered anywhere

Hi Team, I have got my Kent RO from a dealer which was referred by your free toll number . I have got this RO repaired for 4 times now, still have the warranty.
When asked for replacement your helpdesk was very harsh, they are not responsible for anything is what i heard .Serial number of the machine - S/N KR[protected], is this really KENT ? I doubt it .It was bought from
Novel Aqua systems, authorised distributors sales and services .
#36, Deepak Medicals building, Vidyapeeta Circle, BSK 1st stage Bangalore-560050 .
Let us know if it is an authorised dealer .

Nothing was taken as such the company is leaving their products to subcontractors who have no responsibility after sales, when asked they tell it's not sold by Kent.
