[Resolved] Kent RO — product not serviced properly and getting problems again and again | |||||
I got my Kent RO serviced on 14-Jul-2017 ::: Service request number#[protected] 01-Sep-2017 ::: Service request number#[protected] 15-Feb-2018 ::: Service request number#[protected] 10-Mar-2018 ::: Service request number#[protected] 20-Mar-2018 ::: Service request number#[protected] Not Resolved till now IMPORTANT NOTE : During every service visit, the technician leaves some or the other part loose or mishandles the equipment due to which I have to bear the losses of the damage caused by his incompetence. I have spent tens of thousands thus far in the span of 7 months. I have made the complaint to the customer care about the attitude and the way of working of their technicians, although I get the assurance from them, that my problem will be solved in 24-48 hours satisfactorily but that never happens and, still I am getting the problems again and again and every time their technician comes and replaces some or the other part. The technician team always insists me to be available at their own convenient time, else they ask me to cancel the complaint. Due to this attitude of their's I had to miss my office many a times. I understand that every mechanical/electrical device needs maintenance and KENT is not an exception. But this should be once or maximum twice in a year. There are so many issues in a span of past 7 months and even after spending so much money I feel NEITHER the KENT product is good NOR the TECHNICIANS who come to repair are competent enough. Forget about the inconvenience caused due to non availability of drinking water because the complaint never gets resolved in 48 hours as claimed by them. What is the use of purchasing a branded product like KENT It is my sincere request to you that 1. This time my problem gets resolved by some competent person so that it doesn't occurs again soon. 2. Considering the fact that I have suffered so much financial losses along with the mental harassment and inconvenience due to your incompetent staff or faulty parts, I should not be charged this time again for another damage.
