[Resolved] Kent RO — product service and after sales service | |||
We purchased a kent ro product called kent ace ro in mid of 2017, since then we have been playing for repair and services. On 20 may 2019, we raised a complaint and the product was repaired, total cost of service rs5200/- where 4 parts were replaced. First issue, inspite of paying the the annual amc, i was charged for service plus replacement of part. Issue 2 : again within a months time the product is again faulty and again the 3rd party service provider appointed by kent is charging me for service plus replacement of parts. This way they will keep charging me for poor parts and extremely poor service. Issue 3 : they close service request without asking the customer. I was told by customer care that if there is a repeat service with 60 days, service charge will not be applicable to customer, only part replacement. However the 3rd party service provider, called kripasindu was not calibrated, they said they won't go by what kent is claiming. Why should customer suffer due for no collaboration. Issue 4 : service engineer sent by kent / 3rd party was different from the details shared on sms, rajendra was appointed when who repaired previous issue but a difference person was sent who open the whole device and could not really identify the exact issue. Again his suggestion was to replace few parts. I have been chasing them since a week and they keep ignoring. Highly dissatisfied. Surajit choudhury 91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
