[Resolved] Kent RO — Purifier not being repaired / Representatives not answering call | |||
I am from Raniganj, Asansol, West Bengal. Our Kent purifier( Kent W/P PEARL B001872) is not working since last 3 weeks, We have passed on our complain to service center, but the response has been disappointing. Our purifier is still not repaired, they even refuse to come down here. They neither answer our calls properly & lately they have started hunging up on our calls. Was this information helpful? | |||

The service center repairman came a day just after the complaint & fixed the purifier. If it was so easy, i don't understand what was taking them so long?
