[Resolved]  Kent RO — R. O. Stopped working sixth time in three months

Address:Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, 243001

A kent r. O. Was purchased on 01.09.2016. Since then it has been repaired six times (after so many follow ups) so far in three months time. It seems that a defected product has been sold to me. I want my refund immediately as a lot of my time along with money has been wasted so far and i don't want to suffer anymore. Two pics are also attached for your ready reference.

Updated by satendrabsnl this is ridiculous. after above complaint your service person came and repaired the machine (don't know how) thursday evening and within few hours it has stopped working again. is there any justification?

Updated by satendrabsnl please refer to your response dt-06.01.2017 regarding problem resolved but i (with great frustration) again let you know that the faulty ro machine grand+ has once again stopped giving water as it did 8 times earlier. now you let me know what should i do? should i wait for another visit of one of your service persons or i should expect of getting my money refunded.
