Hi team,
I have bought kent ro product last year in february. After november, i am raising service request every month... Nowadays this is ridiculous when i am raising service request in two days or maximum a week...
It clearly shows that your technicians are not upto the mark or they are just closing the request on temporary basis. If this is not the case, it means your product is not good. I dont know how many times i have to raise the service request. I would suggest to replace the product because i cant raise the request in every two days.
