I bought kent prime tc ro+uv water purifier last year. It was working fine but this year started giving problems. It stopped working and when we filed a complaint in the customer care section, they told us we need to buy new filters and also renew amc which costed 1800. New filter cost was 3800 whicb we had to pay and was not covered in amc. We paid whatever they said. Despite that, our purifier again stopped working within a few days. Service person comes, makes it work and again the purifier stops working in a few days. This has been happening almost 5-6 times in the past 2-3 months. And now the situation is such that the filter stops working every 2-3 days. We have asked the company to replace our machine since it seems faulty and keeps getting bad. We are left high and dry without water and we have to purchase filtered bottle from market which again adds to the cost. We need a permanent solution to this as we have been already harassed a lot till now.We want our entire money back as we no longer want to be associated with kent anymore. They have very poor customer service and have failed to provide a permanent solution to our problem till now. Was this information helpful? | |||
