Kent RO — Refused to replace Membrane filters

I am complaining against the KENT RO company and their associate BURAK Enterprise as they refused to replace the membrane filters as my product KENT ACE 2020 is still in WARRANTY.

Requested for Membrane replacement: January 2nd 2023.
I got the confirmation from Kent that my product is eligible for Membrane filter replacement still the agent Ayaz denied to replace.

I have attached the chat and bill of my product.

Please help to get this resolve.
