I have my kent water purifier. Four months Back i changed my filters. Service engineer didn't fixed the filter properly.when i raise issue it is told that no proble will arise. After 3 months water lick started. On 22th oct I raise complaint again. Today again same service engineer WASIM-[protected] came, even if we categorically ask call center to send different engineer.
When we ask about the issue. He misbehaved. He returned without service and threatened that he will ensure nobody else will also came for service
He asked us to call support from head office only. I was not expecting such pathetic service and service engineer from such reputed company which is pure service based. Requesting you to do the needful and close my service on priority.
