For which money was asked by the technician and wrong information was given that there is no warranty in the filter. The technician came again and was told by him that the filter has a guarantee of three months. The company is fully responsible for this.
I called the technician from the registered toll free number of Cantt in October, if it is not recorded anywhere in your record, then what is the fault of the customer. If someone is providing local service in the name of your company, then what is the fault of the customer in this, then the company should take it into consideration.
