Kent RO — Regarding Kent RO Excell+ Defective Piece Replacement | |||
We have been Kent RO system users since the last 10 years. But with deepest regrets I want to file an official complaint against N C Sales & Services(Franchise of Kent in kolkata ), who sold us a Defective Kent RO Excel+ on 18th of September 2020. The under sink storage tank is damaged from outside (photos attached). We spotted it on the very same day after installation and pointed it out to the person Rajkumar Samanta who came for the installation. He suggested us to contact the sales representative Mr. Amal Das. We contacted him right away and explained the situation. We have sent the same photos through whatsapp on the same day. He assured that he will replace it within 15 days since he needs to get a replacement storage unit from Delhi. Since then it's been more than 10 months but we are yet to receive the replacement. Service request #[protected]. Product : Kent Excell Plus Mineral RO Serial Number : KR[protected] Kent technician Mr Sakir Hossain visited and confirmed that the water tank is damaged. And due to that the machine is not working now and we are in worst situation water wise. I have sent official emails to kent customer care with all the details. But they have only redirected the request to another franchise alex home appliances in kolkata who refused to serve us. Was this information helpful? | |||
