[Resolved] Kent RO — reinstallation on kent grand+ | |||
Hello, Sr No: KR[protected] I requested for Reinstallation of Kent Ro from my Old house address to new one. Services person reached to home as per timeline and Connected the RO with the Water connection and he said I will come tomorrow to check TDS as my TDS meter is not Working. After some time his Boss call came and asked for the Closure OTP, I asked that TDS checking and TDS setting are pending and now he is saying that TDS checking not required and it will take additional charges Was this information helpful? | |||

In a month 3 times made complaint every time they are coming and changed all the devices from Kent, almost 10000 Rs. i paid to them.. but issue is same. I am not understanding what need to do with this device??? please suggest who can help on this.
