[Resolved] Kent RO — repetitive breakage of ro membrane | |||||
Hello, We purchased kent ro a few years back. After first year was over, i faced repetitive problems with ro membrane. This year i got it serviced on 12th apr while paying 4400 inclusive of ro membrane. It broke within 2 days & i was told that i've to pay for it again. Kent replaced it on 17th apr. It again broke 3 days back, i. E. 30-jul-17, 3 & half months after last replacement. Now, i have paid 2500 again. They say that they give a guarantee of 3 months only & that it can break again. I paid twice for the ro membrance last year as well. This is absolutely disappointing & disheartening. Wonder why we invest in a brand like kent. We had pretty good experience with a local unbranded ro which worked wonderfully for 10-12 years. Instead of paying 10-12k every year, why don't we purchase a new kemt ro every year.
