[Resolved] Kent RO — Repetitive Fault in my KENT RO | |||||
Sir, I have purchased my KENT RO in August 2015. In a mere time span of less that 2 years it created problem various times. and yesterday also it stopped working. When we called ur executive for repair, they asked for Rs 4000 saying that three parts of the machine needs to be repaired. I am very upset with the quality of products you are providing. This is not what i expected from a big brand like KENT. This is not the case only with me, may of my friend got your product and every one is now regretting their decision.
