I am writing this complain for an incident happened with the service request #[protected] which I made it on 5th June 2016 at 8:22:33 PM. This is really a dangerous incident happened with your Kent RO Product (Serial Number - KR[protected]), check the below details.
Last evening after I arrived home from the office, I saw the water was constantly dripping in good pressure inside the machine on top of electrical parts, soon after seeing it I turned off the RO System and raised a complaint instantly, as during that time no service engineers can visit my place to fix it so I booked the complaint for 6th June 2019 at 10 AM slot for first thing in the morning to get the machine fixed.
Now, the engineer has visited and checked it & said the carbon cylinder has blasted inside which caused the leak and flow the water inside the machine. As per your engineers service or damage report or issue rectifier, because of that 3 of the cylinders have been damaged and need to be replaced in order to fix it for which I have to pay to the Kent amount Rs. 3700/-.
Now, the issue here it is that I wouldn't have any issue in paying for the Carbon Cylinder or any other damage part if I wouldn't haven't taken care of the service or care to the machine properly then it is totally acceptable that I have to bare these expenses.
However, I have booked for an issue that water was not filling in the tank properly and for routine servicing henceforth, the service was done 72 hours or on 3rd June 2019 around or between 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to this incident with the service request number #[protected], the engineer (Name: Sachin Agrahari) who visited said there is no issues as such everything is fine and did mild cleaning or servicing of only 2 of the Cylinders ONLY as per KENT SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS which the engineer said & nothing else was been serviced or checked including the electrical parts or other parts consumable or non consumable.
He has again visited for the new service request #[protected] as well, since he said he can't do anything as I have to pay to fix/replace the cylinders for which I didn't agreed, so he has told me to speak with the customer care for further solution & I did and from there I ave been told by there senior or floor support that I have to speak with the Area Manager - Mr. Harjeet Singh or Mr. Sanjay, however, I got the chance to speak with the Harjeet Singh, and during the conversation the Sachin Agrahari (Engineer) was on the conference call with the customer support. I got the contact detail of Harjeet Singh from the engineer & made him the call & told about the whole incident.
Just couple of days back near my place there have been a major incident due to short circuit and whole parking lot and lower building has been damaged by fire and created a chaotic situation luckily there was no casualties in that incident by grace of god. This incident might have taken a different role in almost similar to the incident happened at my neighbor & definitely this could have made casualties the reason why because I leave my home for work early morning & behind that my old mother who is also an Rheumatoid Arthritis patience and has difficulty in walking & a mentally challenged brother who would not have any idea to what to do in such situation in which he can't workout the situation.
Getting back to Mr. Harjeet Singh who is very impolite and unprofessional high management executive who don't understand the seriousness of the issue nor he wants to listen to the situation on how to deal with it also does have a very highly argumentative character, as per him the cylinders choking & blasting inside the machine is very common & can happen even within since the 15 minutes if replaced by new cylinder as well, however, the machine is running on low voltage so as per Mr Harjeet Singh this can't make any accident from incident after knowing all the RO is been installed in the kitchen where there is highly flammable LPG cylinders & other high voltage electrical appliances such as microwave, refrigerator etc.
As per Mr. Harjeet Singh Kent can't do anything in such situation even if the service is done hours back, Kent service system of giving the resolution is very lame & unprofessional after fixing the issue or service consumer don't have any time to check for at least 24 hours as well, as per your company norm you think if any issue can happen it can happen in 5-10 only while the engineers are there present & DEMANDS for the RESOLVED OTP.
I want my whole machine to be replace by a NEW one as I can't any risk with this machine & MY FAMILY IN DANGER BEHIND MY ABSENCE also want a STRICT ACTION to be taken on HARJEET SINGH.
If Kent can't or fails to replace the machine replace my machine ten I have to go on legal grounds to make things happen as this is totally about my family safety & I am not going to take any kind of risk in whatsoever. I want to deal this situation in utmost priority.
Looking for ASAP resolution.
