The customer service in pune of precision home appliances is hopeless. The representative mr jalinder shelke came to repair the leaking purifier yesterday. Did a shoddy job changed the filter and kept purifier leaking. He of course collected payment of rs 3600/-. I went back to the representative immediately. He said cant come now and will come tomorrow. He did not turn up. Now dealer says we cant do anything. Now i cant use water purifier. Please help.
