Dear sir/madam service engineer has visited on 19/11/2016 on my complaint and without seeing the machine he told that memron is not working. You have to replace the memron. I have bought the machine before 14 month and how come memron can be damaged in just 14 months. He said that if you add tablet to filter which has been placed prior to memron than life of the memron will be increased by 2 years. He has to do this when he came to install machine.
