Worst service. After we got kent auro we had multiple services and no one asked for paper as i was showing them warranty on kent app. Suddenly one day the technician refused to service and said he wants papers. I called customer service and they confirmed that my machine is under warranty. Even then my machine was not serviced.
Also before that the technician misguided that warranty is valid for 11 months 15 days and i have to pay rs 4000 for filters. If i did not decide to call customer service at that pt, he would have charged me rs. 4000 for filters!!
Now due to all these issues, my machine has moved out of warranty. Ridiculous service, why do you even have app if your technician does not believe the app and do not service. Was this information helpful? |
